Some of our students recently embarked on an exciting literary journey at the Beyond the Book Literature Festival hosted by the University of the Sunshine Coast. Led by academic talent teachers, Jane Lethlean and Sarah Price, our students delved deep into the heart of storytelling, engaging with renowned authors and illustrators who brought words to life.
Students had the opportunity to participate in interactive workshops, explore the university campus, and envision themselves as future scholars. From meeting acclaimed author Mick Elliot to gaining insights from award-winning authors like Louise Park and Sarah Armstrong, learners were inspired to unleash their creativity and ignite their passion for literature.
The Beyond the Book Literary Festival proved to be a transformative experience for our students, fostering a love for reading and writing that will stay with them for years to come.
