Year 1 students had a blast celebrating their learning about habitats and farms on last week. They enjoyed a day filled with farm-themed activities in their classrooms, including building habitats, solving farm-related puzzles, and crafting.
A special highlight was a visit from Farmer Bryant of Eastwell Farms in Kin Kin. Farmer Bryant shared exciting stories about his 'happy cows' and the mushroom farming process. Students even got to taste-test some delicious sausages made from Eastwell Farm beef, which many declared as "the best sausages ever!"
The day was made even more special with Kathryn and Mrs. Welch joining in the fun, dressing up and mingling with our Year 1 farmers.
