- We encourage co-operative rather than competitive learning environments.
We have asked the questions, 'What would we see teachers and learners doing/not doing?' and regularly examine our practices to ensure they reflect our beliefs and values.
Our values are a source of constancy of purpose and provide a premise upon which to act. e.g. 'Is what we're doing in line with what we believe?
