Schools are able to send a limited number of students to each district trial. Students must have appropriate skill and ability to take part in the sport at a representative level. As numbers are limited we may organise a trial to determine participants.

Students attending District Swimming, Cross Country and Athletics carnivals are identified from school carnivals.

Term 1 2025
Noosa District will be holding trials for a range of sports listed below in Term 1 2025.
Trials are for experienced, talented players who are capable of playing at representative level.

We are limited in the number of players that we can send to each sport so it is  likely a school trial will be required to select participants. This will be confirmed once registrations are received.

Players born in 2013, 2014 and 2015 are eligible however the team selected is an Under 12 team. Rugby League and Girls Netball also have an Under 11 division.
Players need to register prior to Friday 7 February 2025

Due to timelines netball, volleyball and AFL will be due prior to end of 2024 school year.

2025 SEQ Soccer carnivals – please note we will also use registrations from the process to select SBSS Years 5 and 6 teams (both boys and girls) for the school’s soccer carnivals. Please register If keen to try out for the teams.
